National Missions
Bridges International
Bridges International (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ - Cru) is a non-profit student organization at Michigan State University for both international and domestic students. Bridges International is also a nation-wide organization that is represented on many other college campuses in the U.S. The three main goals of Bridges are to SERVE international students in any way they can, to be a SOCIAL NETWORK for international students to connect to domestic students and the local community, and to be a SPIRITUAL RESOURCE on campus. Throughout the school year, Bridges provides many opportunities to see these three things happen. A weekly conversation time, conferences and retreats, holiday events and friendship families are just a few of the things you can expect to find through Bridges International.
Scott and Susan Garrity are missionaires serving in Michigan. Caring for the ministry and personal development of the 380 Bridges International staff around the country is crucial for healthy, effective international student ministry to occur. Scott's leadership as part of the Bridges International Team helps to provide this vital development for the staff. Recently Scott has developed a healthy team's interactive curriculum that Bridges teams have used to build a solid foundation from which to minister. Scott also coaches staff and students at the University of Michigan as they trust the Lord to build a Bridges ministry. The Garritys have served on campuses and in national leadership roles with Cru since 1987. Scott grew up in Church of the Cross. You can connect with Bridges International at: www.bridgesinternational.com/ or the Michigan State University's Bridges website at: msubridges.com
H2O
H2O is a gospel-centered community whose mission is to see college students become disciples of Jesus Christ. They then are prepared to influence their families, workplaces and the world.
We have a pair of missionaries from our church who are serving with the H2O church at The Ohio State University, Kyle and Rachel Metz. Their mission is to bring the hope of the Gospel to the 58,000 or so students experiencing the loneliness, brokenness, and darkness that is prevalent on college campuses. They are committed to helping young men and women be raised up as desciples of Jesus Christ. Visit the H2O website to learn more: www.oh2o.org

Our missionary, Jacob Coon, is an Instructional Designer with GEM's eDOT division. He is part of a team that specializes in developing technology solutions in partnership with Europeans that equip people so they can reach the world with the Gospel.
